Understanding this social reality, our foundation established the “Lotus Career Academy.” The main objective of this academy is to provide proper training and guidance to children from underprivileged and economically weaker sections of society, helping them prepare for recruitment in the police, army, and other government services.

Here, students are given rigorous ground training to improve physical fitness, along with guidance from experienced and expert teachers for written examinations.

This academy is not just a training center, but a social initiative that shapes the dreams of many underprivileged children and gives a new direction to their lives.

The inspiration behind this initiative comes from the teachings of Gautama Buddha. He said, “Knowledge grows when shared, and true progress of society comes only by removing ignorance.” Following Buddha’s values of compassion, wisdom, and equality, we believe that every child in society deserves equal opportunity. With the right guidance and support, even a child from a poor family can become a brave soldier, an honest police officer, or an inspiring individual for society.
