Career Guidance Campaign for Youth

The true development of a society happens only when its youth become educated, capable, and self-reliant. Every child carries big dreams in their eyes—some aspire to become officers, some want to be teachers, lawyers, or entrepreneurs, while others wish to transform the condition of their families and society. However, many times these dreams remain incomplete due to a lack of proper guidance, opportunities, and self-confidence.

With this thought, our foundation conducts a Career Guidance Campaign for Youth. The objective of this campaign is not just to help young people get jobs, but to make them economically independent, self-respecting, and responsible citizens of society.

Under this initiative, we connect with entrepreneurs, industrialists, and business professionals from our community to guide youth on how they can actively participate in companies, industries, and the business sector. Many young people have the capability and willingness to work hard, but they often do not know where to begin. Through these programs, they are shown pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, and financial independence.

Along with this, guidance is also provided for competitive examinations so that youth can contribute to society through administrative roles. Students are guided for exams like the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC). They are given direction in studies, personality development, leadership qualities, and an understanding of administrative responsibilities.

One of the most proud and inspiring outcomes of these efforts is that today, many students inspired by our foundation have reached high positions in administration. Among them, one student has become an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. From a simple social initiative, seeing someone from among our youth become an IAS officer is a matter of great pride and inspiration for our entire foundation.

In addition, today some Deputy Collectors, as well as Tehsildars, Talathis, and other Class II and Class III officers are serving in administration after being part of our foundation’s initiatives. They once actively participated in our programs, drew inspiration from this career guidance campaign, and through their hard work, are now serving society.

Not only in administration, but our youth have also made their mark in various important fields. Some are working in municipal corporations, gram panchayats, and different government offices. Some have become lawyers, some are professors educating the next generation, while others are working as sports teachers and coaches, shaping young minds.

This success does not belong to a few individuals—it is the success of society’s collective dreams. The same children who once came from humble homes, slums, or difficult circumstances are now responsibly contributing to different sectors of society.

A small poem expressing this journey:

When dreams from humble homes find direction,
A new path is built through hard work and dedication.
From the pages of books rises a new future bright,
And ordinary children grow into society’s guiding light.

Those who once had questions in their eyes,
Now carry the torch of responsibility high.
With determination of dreamers strong and true,
They are ready to write a new history for society too.

We firmly believe that every child carries within them an officer, a leader, and a nation-builder. They only need the right direction, inspiration, and opportunity.

Through this Career Guidance Campaign, we want to give one message to every young person:
